The free items and promotions are already in place… Need to offer a young alumni ticket package. Something like 25 bucks for football and 40 for hoops for graduates within the last 5 years. Do an all inclusive season ticket. 175 bucks for all football and basketball games. Add in lacrosse too. Get youth leagues out to games with free tickets. Most will bring their parents. Tickets purchased by them along with food and souvenirs. Do a family pack 4 tickets 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas for 50 bucks. the lack of marketing and promotion to the general public is awful. With that being said, it’s just as bad towards alumni and donors..

I disagree with the give a ways. That’s a short term gain (1 game). There has to be some sort of long term engagement with the fans to keep them coming back. Not just a flash in the pan.
