TuTigers2012, I don't agree with you whole hardily. You want nothing but total destruction of TU athletics. I cannot agree with you. Do I want TU Athletics to be better? Of course I do. I want to see us be consistenly at the upper echelon of the conference in all sports. It takes support, not constant ridicule. Even when TU does soemthing good, you always find the negative in it. You are just a crumudgen!

This is a good thing. Deleware has one already, so keeping up with them is essential. THe Million $ Question - Will it be successful? Let's hope so for all of our sports teams.

I like this hire....He is a winner. has a 169-44 record. Built 2 programs from scratch and won everywhere he was. I think he will be very good here at TU.

This should be a wake-up call for teams like TU, Deleware, Nova, Elon, Stonybrook...That the CAA does nothing for us with the additions of Hampton, Monmouth etc. These schools can't go up and support 85 scholoarships. Monmouth has a 4500 seat stadium with no lights. And can never add lights.... It's time for the CAA haves to brake away and forma a new Division 1 conf just like the ASUN-WAC. As the reasons listed by them, should be the same we go for it. Here they are: The reasoning for the new league is, according to sources, "greater certainty in scheduling and recruiting" and a clear pathway to the highest levels of college football. Also, the schools expect increased revenue through a more lucrative broadcast contract and increased guarantee-game revenue because the games would count toward bowl eligibility if they became an FBS league. Time to get off our A$% and do something.

Well, you all got what you wanted. Rob brough this program to a place we had never been to before. The playoffs and the NC. I want to personnly thank Rob for bring life to our program. For those that say I am a Rob Supporter, I am. I am a supporter of the program period. I started with Gordy (1991 - when there was no fundrsiing at all for football) and was a super Gordy Supporter. I started the Quarterback Club to help Gordy and the program raise funds (funds the school by the way would not give the program). I don't want to go into all the things I have done to help this program, but I can tell you it is more than any of you all have done combined. When Gordy was let go, I became a Rob Supporter. I will be a Super Supporter of whoever the next coach is too. For me it's not about who the coach is, its about the program. I get behind whoever the coach is and give my TOTAL suppoprt to him. I have been involved for 31 years (as a volunteer, never paid for anything I do). My wife and I have been to every game home and away for 31 years (Minus the Eastern Washington game in 2013 due to canceld flight and snow storms). Can any of you people who are so negative about this program say that! I hope that the next coach gets all the support from the Admin he needs for US to be successful. I know that I will be a big supporter of whoever it is, because thats what I do, SUPPORT THIS PROGRAM with my heart and soul. So whoever the next coach is, I am your biggest supporter.
