We were up by 6, then got outplayed, especially in the final quarter. The same was true against Penn State. Obviously, those aren't slouch programs, but we either lack depth (likely) or aren't responding to whatever adjustments the other team has made.

Not worried about early season games and yes, they have some new players on the bench, so it's going to take time to develop. Defense probably wasn't great when you allow 80 points. Shot 5-of-11 from the free throw line and just 5-of-20 from beyond the arc. Seems like Coach Rich is going with just eight players right now in the rotation. Also Mayo played 39 minutes and Murray played 39 minutes. That's a lot in the second game of the season. I guess she doesn't trust the backup point guard yet.
