Not much of a surprise. Uncw Towson Charleston hofstra (with Estrada).   Everyone else

I know this might sound silly, but I would not discount Stony Brook and Monmouth coming right in and being part of this mix. King Rice has done a pretty solid job with Monmouth (although he had kind of hit a bump in the round until last year) and Stony Brook has won 18 or more games in nine of the last 11 years. These teams are used to winning and I expect them to make this a tougher conference.

My other worry is trying to somehow making our trip to the NCAA Tournament before Pat Kelsey really gets things going at College of Charleston. I feel like it is only a matter of time before they become a perennial favorite in this league. They already are pretty solid and he is only in year two. The additions for football didn't really up the quality of basketball, and honestly I am not sure what NC A&T and Hampton do in hoops. However, I feel like Monmouth and Stony Brook definitely make this a tough hoops conference.

I mean stony Brook and Monmouth help a lot in hoops. Not sure about football nor does it really matter. Fcs is bleh.
Monmouth who was very good this past year had 5-6 5th year seniors who would all be gone.
I feel like stony lost a few players but also got the second best player from scared heart (Hofstra beat us out for the best)

not discrediting them but Charleston and Uncw have great coaching and some really good pieces returning. Hofstra is talented but speedy is still a ?  We return a lot and bring in some highly touted transfers.
