Great win. Best full game since uncw last year. Been waiting a while for that. On to thr negative. 5 seed in the tourney. Womp

We’ve currently got a 2 game lead on Drexel in the loss column. Saturday is a huge game. If we win we’re 11-5 in conference. In that case, Drexel could do no better than tie us in conference play. I have no idea what the tiebreaker would be. Drexel will beat Hampton Saturday. They close with NE, so it’s entirely possible they’ll finish 11-7. If that happens & we win Saturday, we’d have to win 1 of our last two (UNCW & C of C) on the road, to avoid a tiebreaker scenario with Drexel. If we wind up finishing 5th, we’ll only have ourselves to blame, what with whizzing away the Hofstra, Drexel & W&M road games

Drexel would have the edge since they beat Charleston, though the Cougars could finish in second. Then at least we beat Hofstra once out of two games and they lost to them once. Played them just once. Drexel plays at Hampton and hosts NE. Most likely, we would need to win 2 of 3 to make sure we're in top 4. Unfortunately, we face UCNW and Charleston on the road to end the season.

Dragons. 1-1 against Charleston and Hofstra. Assuming we go 1-2 and they go 2-0 to have a tie..  it goes to…not us. Benefit of an uneven schedule. yaking up late leads against short handed Hofstra, Drexel and wm,  we deserve what we have coming to us.
to add Williams got hurt tonight. Plenty of time for him to rest though. Again. Schedule

If Williams is out, they are not guaranteed to win any of those last two games. NE would be tough and they suck on the road.

It’s Hampton and a huskies team that has given up. Tigers Need to win 2. Pressure on pat!

They didn't give up tonight in their 77-62 win over a hot Monmouth team.

Just take this one at a time. Appreciate tonight’s win, but now"…………..only talk about Saturday. That’s one of the things that makes this time of year difficult…..you look at the scoreboard, but more than ever, you need to retain singular focus. That is the responsibility of the coaching staff.
