It looks like a good hire. I like the fact he was recruiting coordinator at Richmond

For those who don't know, Dan Cocchi just left that position in August. He was a very good DC and a HOFer but Nads is a defensive guy. We'll see if it impacts recruiting or playing style.

No doubt Cocchi did a great job. Statistically we were one of the best defenses in the country for a significant period of time. It will be a loss but I like the fact that you hire someone that was a recruiting coordinator at a good program, and has experience as a d coordinator at a high level.
