It’s all semantics. What’s not debatable is that it was a terrible L, & it would have been terrible regardless of TOP, crowd size, & how we did the year prior.

It was a terrible loss, but we had the game won with a few minutes to play. We forced CCU to punt -- we could have run out the clock, but some moron special-teamer ran into the kicker (he wasn't even trying to block the kick, he just deliberately ran into him well after the ball was on its way). Of course, CCU took advantage, marched down the field and took the lead. We got the ball back with a minute or so left, but Frazier didn't have the passing ability to make any magic happen.

The atmosphere was great. Stadium was full and everyone was very nice, unlike the couple of UMD games we've had when their fans that do show up are total jerks and don't realize they are taunting a team/fans from a division down.
