On FCS-to-FBS move-ups and @DelawareFB's place in it all, especially as CAA's JMU ascends to FBS Sun Belt, Rawak indicates the FCS is the right place for Delaware for right now. The AD didn't specifically refer to #CAAFB in saying that. UD remains a top spender in #FCS. #BlueHens
