Womack had two shots in the first half go in and out.  He’s an “energy junkie” and let him be him.  Love what he has brought to the team and now we kinda understand why he was in the doghouse for majority of the non conference slate.  He’s our Draymond right now.  I want him to be more vocal on the court with his teammates.  Besides he’s not a freshman anymore on the floor.  Be boisterous, play hard and play to win!

TT DWill both give us gray hair!   Shot selection guys!!!!   Cardiac Cats rest of the the way!!!

I’m probably making a massive reach here, and I don’t think anyone would accuse me of being a homer, but I can’t help but wonder if there’s something askew with the rim we shoot on in the first half. Seems like multiple shots were practically all the way down, only to spin out. I dunno, either that or we’re just not good at making shots 🤷‍♂️

I felt that might be the case as the women also struggled big time at home in their last game, but Drexel made 52% of their shots in the second half and 52% of their shots in the first half. A lot of those shots were in the paint. layups and drives, but still, at least we're consistent(ly) bad at making shots. Yet we're 3-4 in the league and have won three straight somehow.

Drexel had so many clean looks. Fortunately they choked at the end. Will we ever have a player like Blakeney?

No. Not in my lifetime.

That’s sad, yet probably true. Our fearless leader doesn’t value guys like him and/or guys like him aren’t coming here, unless of course we overpay them

Blakeney super impressive..  NBA talent.

He has the hops and has decent size (6-5, 200+), but he's not having a great season or even a good one.

Some of that might be coaching and their pace of play is nearly as slow as ours. In fact, we're 347, and they're 346 in tempo. Amazing that they could have a roster of Blakeney, Kobe MaGee, Yame Butler, and Cole Hargrove, and not go 9-9 in the CAA.

I think Zane was more productive in his sophomore season. Every time I see Blakeney, with that build, shotmaking, and athleticism, I think superstar and then I look at his stats and wonder why he's so meh.
