Every time I see Blakeney, with that build, shotmaking, and athleticism, I think superstar and then I look at his stats and wonder why he's so meh. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/5105778/shane-blakeney Interesting. I’m guessing he’ll portal out after this season and wind up at UNCW or C of C. He is from Rock Hill SC Edited January 19 by TSU88 Quote

Kobe Magee, Yame Butler and Jason Drake took the money and moved up with mixed results. https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/5106739/jason-drake https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/5105779/kobe-magee https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/player/_/id/4700880/yame-butler Quote

A lot of those shots were in the paint. layups and drives, but still, at least we're consistent(ly) bad at making shots. Yet we're 3-4 in the league and have won three straight somehow. They were fixing the rim at one point during halftime, they did work on it for about 3-4 minutes so wonder if there was something there. They did shoot slightly better second half 🤷♂️ Quote

Cause our season is upside down right now.. 3-4 and the stats make very little sense. Caleb all of a sudden looks comfortable scoring inside. Coleman is a key contributor. Jack aka Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde doesn’t remember when he makes turnovers and knew he would makes his free throws. Womack is an energy junkie. DWill & TT are so up and down. We could come back from Tobacco Road with a 5-4 record and playing a likely undefeated UNCW on national tv with Hawaiian 🌺 shirts in the dead of Winter 🥶 and likely shoot 50% for the game. The basketball gods want it this way… all upside down and all. Quote
