ShreddedOnion Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 Big game, you have to beat the best to be the best but #7 seed allows us a little breathing room and a better chance for momentum. Beating UNCW after a bye would be extremely difficult, would rather see us play Hampton then CoC. Quote

You have the famous Ric Flair quote backwards.. “To be the best you have to beat the best” Give me UNCW early on and take our chances with the remaining teams left. Call me crazy however this season has made zero sense and made us all crazy so I’d rather lose early than get to the semis and lose. Anybody talk to the basketball 🏀 gods lately?? I opened a fortune 🥠 cookie over the weekend and the message read “you are shit out of luck” The ides of March will soon be upon us all but none of us have the power to take out Caesar. Could Jack Doumbia Jr aka JDJ aka Maximus Decimus Meridius finally be the 1️⃣ to get us to the Big 🪩🕺????? Vegas giving us a 5.6% chance of winning the CAA tournament! Wake me up when March ends… Quote
TSU88 Posted March 2 Report Posted March 2 Does Stony Brook have anything other than pride to play for tomorrow night? I don’t see a path for them to crack the top 4. Quote

My junior year I worked at a Gold’s Gym that was (I think) on W. Chesapeake Ave. in Towson. WWF legend Nikolai Volkoff came in several times to work out. He couldn’t have been nicer guy. He was long retired by that time but was so humble and gracious. I think he spent his final years living somewhere in Maryland. (No ring worm contracted, thankfully.) 1 Quote

I’m still a fan and follow the Independent circuit here on the West Coast and of course WWE, AEW & TNA! Tremendous athletes. Quote
