  1. Plus from what I gather the CAA needs to do better as a conference when it comes to fan base I have gone to many CAA games and there’s like no fans at the games if we directed some of the budget to fan base that would definitely help. Also these schools need to look at the coaches salaries and than compare there playoff birth/wins and CAA championships for the past 10 years and maybe just maybe see if that programs needs new blood at the helm. Just saying.

Just to add something. ODU is the only school in C-USA who is not playing football this fall. I think they did look into the AAC with UConn leaving for the Big East.

Ok man that’s crazy. This pandemic has really hit everyone and anyone hard!

There were rumors, pre-COVID and early-COVID that some of those schools were unhappy with their current situation and in ODU's case, it's understandable. They rushed to join C-USA due to football and now they have their non-revenue teams travelling to UTEP, North Texas, Rice, UAB, UTSA, LA Tech, FAU and FIU. Can only imagine the money they are losing on travel. Was it worth it just to join FBS in football?

Wow interesting 🧐. Is the CAA in trouble financially?

He didn't transfer to a program that had five senior and junior running backs. He transferred to a place where he could get some reps and get a shot at the NFL.

Correct plus UVA really needed a hybrid running back like Shane. I can see him taking the starting position half way thru the season.

Hope he gets some snaps. He was a good player here when healthy, but an even better representative of the university and was proud to be a tiger!

Any chance he gets significant PT??

I think he will be a immediate impact player there

    three pages!!

Yes three pages lol nothing wrong with that but definitely have everyone talking about Adrian. I’m hoping we have a great season next year that’s all I really want If Adrian starts great I will be super happy if not I’m still proud of him and will support whatever happens and whoever gets the job. I really wish we had a season this year we were looking really dangerous and would have gave Maryland a hell of game this year. If anyone is interested in some video on Adrian I attached a link take a look and see how electric he was his senior year of high school.

Adrian is a beast! Would love to see him have a breakout year! I hope he’s growing out some nice quarantine flow right now to hang out the back of his helmet. I would imagine his hair is long like a hippie right now

Me too hoping he gets the opportunity!

As much as I hate the reputation we have, around the league, as a transfer U, we are what we are. This goes for football and basketball. Rob and Pat have built their reputation on the transfer route, and it has lead to some successful seasons and some where it blew up in their faces.  Recruiting and developing young talent straight from HS has been a major weakness.

I agree ☝️ Towson’s biggest weakness is not developing current players or incoming freshman. Culture needs to changed brining in transfers does not always mean better.

I love Shane L., but his lack of size was always going to be an issue. I hope he and Flacco (if released) can get an opportunity in the XFL in the spring. I heard they might be doing a bubble-type of deal if there is no vax by them.

Would love to see them playing together again in the xfl that would be 👍

Wish they would give Shane another shot

What do you mean Shane is at UVA he will get a shot in about 3 weeks to prove himself at the FBS level. As long as he stays healthy he will get drafted next year. Sucks it’s not under a Tiger Jersey but great that he will see another day of college football.

I hope one of those guys excel, but I don't see elite potential from either. I think the best offensive player we have right now is WR Jabari Allen. Our receivers look strong, but not sure about the QB. If the QB was a sure thing, you wouldn't need an elite RB. But both could be solid backs. If we do have a season, Ambrose will be on the hunt for another RB in the spring

It would be great to see AP one of MoCo’s top running backs show why he was recruited in the first place I think if Towson put more trust in him and let him get a little loose on that field he could really show them his true potential. Just my opinion nothing more. But feels great to talk about football go Tigers 🐯!

Guessing you are related to AP or are a friend or friend of the family. That's fine and I respect that. I'm not here to play favorites. Just call it as I see it and want the best players on the field. I don't think any of the backs on the roster, not including freshmen, have shown "elite" potential. But let's hope there is a camp and somebody comes out as the top guy. Maybe they just split the carries. Who knows. Even if they have no games and just a spring practice, it will be important to find a running back for fall 2021 and a qb.

As for quarterback, I assume it will be Jeff Miller. Not sure if they bring in another quarterback or if Ryan Stover will be in the mix, since he has the most experience. Jeff is a big quarterback who can make all the throws, but will need time to throw. We haven't had a pure dropback passer in a long time.

Definitely not related just a fan that’s all but if AP is not showing elite potential than Kobe might be that guy than. We will see when camp happens and see who comes out on top. But I see AP making a statement when there next season happens.
