As a 49ers fan, I know one of our biggest weaknesses is edge rusher. Maybe if he impresses in practice he will get a shot on the 53 man.

Overall I was pleased. The transfers we brought in are obviously talented. O-line was weak at times and the playcalling on a few of those 3rd downs was wonky. Bottom line is we didn't play amazing and still won big. Conference play will be a different animal.

So hard to predict since our starting QB is unknown. I assume Flacco and Stover will be battling for the job. I'm guessing 4-7.

Not sure that even the best marketing and the teams winning would even matter. Towson has a largely apathetic fan base and sadly, aside from a UMBC type miracle, I don't see that changing anytime soon. We need a Mike waddell type back as AD. -

NICE! He is probably the 2nd most famous football player to come out of my high school (Sherwood). Richie Anderson being the 1st. Was a great player in his day.

Loyola and Hopkins are LAX schools so of course they will outdraw us. If we didn't have football, we would draw more for LAX as well.
