Exactly. This isn’t overreacting to one game. It’s just the same old stuff that we have seen for years. You can only ride on the coattails of the championship game run for so long. 

Time for a coaching change at the end of this season. Enough is enough. 

Good news is we played far from our best football and still won easily. Morgan looked outmatched in every facet of the game. Honestly it was surprising how bad they were. Not even close. UNH will give us a better idea if we are actually good or not.

Pretty decent write up considering the author had probably never heard of Towson before having to do this article. 

Finally the athletes get something after universities have made millions off of them. Also this means NCAA Football games can be made again!!

Yeah. The starter at Liberty is a possible 1st round pick next year.

His brother plays for Utah so makes sense. 

Dangerfield lived on the practice squad for a long time before becoming a special teams captain. Still plenty of time for Shane to find something. Unfortunately running backs are a dime a dozen.

What a joke. I’m confused as to how we were able to recruit homegrown players like Sean Schaeffer when we were an awful team but nowadays we are scraping the bottom of the FBS bucket for talent.

The announcers call was a little weak to say the least. 

IMO it seems like in years past we lucked out with guys who ended up being superstars but weren’t on everyone’s radar in high school. (Drenner, Goodrich, etc). Towson doesn’t have the same prestige as Maryland and Hopkins so I feel like we lose out on the top tier guys and have to find diamonds in the rough to be competitive.

As of one hour ago Coach Ambrose was still asking people to share the Twitter post so I assume he is still missing. 

This transfer stuff is getting out of control. If this culture existed in the glory days of the CAA we never would of had the Gary Neal, Eric Maynor, and JJ Barea’s for more than a season. It makes it almost impossible for a mid major to make a run like Mason and VCU did because as soon as a player has one good season they bolt for a bigger name school. 

One positive about Women’s hoops is that a player like Jeter will come to Towson and stay at Towson. If the men’s team had a player like Jeter they would be transferring after a season like this. 

Baker-Brice was very fun to watch. 

California Baptist just went D1 a few years ago.  they also have one of the Hofstra transfers on their roster as well
