Tigers +2.5. or the right play (me thinks) is to take Tigers to win +125; go LARGE. (also - both coaches are mic'd up ?....curious to odds on an F-bomb from the sidelines...especially Towson side . lol) . train back on track....

seriously......its insane to me lol. i'll post an original topic on it soon...and enjoy "my gloat" while i can. we WILL lose again at some point, but i like this squad A LOT...and love how this coaching staff prepares and stresses defense and rebounding (give you a chance EVERY game)...... basketball is funny via miss/make results, and who knows what happens in a 1bid league. but this team is young, but also built to make a run in a tournament setting. 6 ...in...a.row!!!! maybe we can stop firing the coached and ADs ????

line opened at Tigers getting 5.5; now its 5. maybe THIS board is pounding the Tigers??? !!! LOL . im prepping to eat crow as i called for 4Ws in a row, lets grab 6. (bit i'm taking a bow for calling out our amazing/game changin free throw numbers early). playing a legit pro tonight (knight); this is where y'all might be (finally) happy with the "defend & rebound first" approach. bigs need to avoid early foul trouble, and guards need to shot well (not great).

Spread was 2....won by 18 ! told y'all not to BLINK ! got a (good) shot at 4 in a row? put away the sour candy and enjoy the defense and rebounding calling card...it gives ya a shot night in & night out; then hopefully they make some shots. Betrand, Fobbs, Gibson, and Timberlake can score/shoot. The fact those guys are taking'm and the way they are taking'm tells you they CAN shoot (Gray too). if they roll into W&M at 5-3; surely you can removed the "brown bag campaign" some of y'all wanted for the SECU games? PS... this layoff/break sux. shoulda squeezed in that awful Regent game mid this week. the players 10000% rather play a game, any game, then practice vs each other all week

"Southpaws are gonna southpaw" is a hilarious comment !, and seems to be true. I didnt really see Zane Martin like you guys, but seems like he had the same ("i'll save my Right for the hand-shake line") type game. Great win (and cover!!!!) but id imagine Delaware will be a bit closer. Record looks good, but they didnt play who we played. I'd be curious if anyone saw/has any idea if their 8pt loss to Villanova was really a close game or not???? fingas crossed for a winner-winner, bluehen dinner

i get the negativity of getting rolled by N'Eastern (awful game)....and losing to HOF & COC; sucks to start 0-3. BUT - they DID just win a league game on the road, thought there might be a few more positive notes on the game; yikes! (like - I agree with this board and wished they pressed and ran more; but - pounding the opp on the boards by a dozen aint a bad thing, nor is Betrand startin to show some consistency ). i'm starting to realize the negative-nancys aint going away til the coach (and AD) are fired or a BigDance tix gets punched; but until then (and that might be awhile as has been discussed, a lot), dont blink cause they might actually have a chance to win a few games in a row here..... maybe someone will crack a smile or clap their hands then? Bring on the Dragons ..........

6-6 before league play starts. i assume this is the best pre-conf schedule they have had in years....fair to say? ( i know they were like 8-2'ish a few years ago, but cant imagine they were playin teams like this year). i had'm at 5-7 when i looked at the schedule to start the year (GW).
Love Sanders being a beast and attacking the rim, Betrand's game, Tunstall on the glass, and the fact we have multiple VERY good free throw shooters (that will win you an xtra game or 3 !) . But most exciting developments as i watched the "preseason" wrap-up: (1) Timberlake breaking out a bit v Tulane. mins + experience = confidence. he's got the skillz to average double figures, and if he's making the 3ball - he's gonna be more than solid. (loved the fast break pull-up 15ft'er). (2) Gibson getting major mins, in crunchtime, early in the season v good teams- has to help down the road (this season and beyond). I didn't see Four MacGlynn play, but Gibson's range seems as legit. Love these two guys playing together offensively, and Dottin's defense. (3) Fobbs > Jame Harden !!!!! As far as i'm concerned, any shot he takes is a good one. He plays smooth, and is rarely sped-up by the other team; so when he gets his shoulders squared; he should fire 10times outta 10! Loved the zone mixed-in; and an overtime win (mental toughness!). When handed lemons, i have a tendency to make vodka lemonade; but i'm excited for CAA play. Doesn't seem to be an unbeatable / top team , and then "the rest". 2020 = WhyNot the Tigers?

Brian Fobbs > James Harden; lol ..... what a game!!!! seems to be a long break now, any idea why? and how did Liberty end up on the schedule, seems random? (they seem to be pretty good, havent lost yet). Bummed out Timberlake hasn't broke out yet (feel like he should/could be 10pts a game????? ) but pumped Fobbs got rolling.....

yikes; here we go again. maybe i was looking for more inside player/coach/school stuff info, and/or more positive vibes from this site in general and to learn about other teams and a bit of history (G Neal thing is very cool)......but, OMG. do y'all get the Vegas/Kenprom lines/stats thing? Tigers were 9pt dawgs....who was really expecting a win AT Vermont? Would have been nice /Great...but the other BETTER team was trying too i promise u. (Now, i would have LOVED that delayed plane info BEFORE the game, but thats a diff story) but wake me if we lose AT HOME v UMBC; or other games we are "suppose to win" otherwise - the " all players and coaches stink/should be fired . (AD too? lol)" thing is CRAZY. As this season goes so far, we are where you'd (reasonably!) think we'd be.....so why the panic? really. we are playin good teams, on the road, instead of the dog crap ones. (mybe im not jaded enough?) Gonzaga it aint (nor App St for Football, and fields/arenas aint gonna do it). Hope for improvement during league play - and see where the tournament goes. All others: on campus Counseling Center takes walk-ins M-F, 8-5

agree ....which is why i find it kinda crazy the negative-nancies are jumping off the bridge in NOV, lol. Rather play the A10, SEC, and MACs of the world than awful teams

that was a sh_tty way to lose. but - did anyone expect to beat Buffalo ? (5pt dogs) or Florida, or Xavier? (big Udogs in each)? I'd assume will be a Udog again v St Joe, right? it'd be nice to get one?; hell yeah. but the negative-nancies plse back away from the cliff, lol. take the pts (cha-ching!)
