I don’t know what you’re asking. Could care less if they cover, being a good team covering spreads doesn’t make it to the ncaat. Never said it’s going to be perfect. Holden had struggled a bit recently due to defenses focusing on him. We have the ability to have a few players go off each game. If we can get 3 or more playing well in a game we will be dangerous, but consistency is important yawn.. I digress. if I say that sky is blue today with some clouds somehow you’ll argue and believe that I’m saying it’s green and raining..

We were there for a long time but the bottom 3 of the caa is a combined 2-23 so for this year ..

I’d take 2. But we play these games to close for comfort. Umbc shouldn’t want to play us. They’ve won what once since Pat took over abs that was the 1-31 year? We smoked them the year they beat uva feel like games at meac schools the officiating is always a bit suspect

36 threes is alot for an average at best shooting team. But if that’s all available, Meh. Early on they have been open so… Coppin and the local teams are bad games. Win by 30 eh. Lose. Awful. There’s no winning these.

A win is a win. Need to be more consistent. Especially with a difficult schedule coming up. Each night it’s a new person. Can we get 2-3 players going each game? If so this team can be good. If not we are looking at more of the same. cannot allow role/bench players to scorch us night in and night out. That’s gonna hurt us down the road

Caa football will be wide open and low quality for a while. Will Towson be able to take advantage?

Got bullied in the second half on the boards. Great first half but the better team woke up at the break. Refs were not good but not the reason we lost, osu got too many good looks and made them. our bigs need to do better. It is difficult where they go against teams without any post presence to two wide loads like yesterday. if we can put together first halves like the last two semi consistently and take our Ohio shooting home with us, there may something

Duke did play Elon “at home” in the Greensboro coliseum a few years ago. They split the gate but that’s more than Elon woulda made Hosting radford or Campbell at home. Got their logo on center court which is good for tv. That’s a game where Grayson Allen got ejected for tripping someone (not a shocker)

As far as I’m concerned there’s only 9 caa teams currently, after last night Atleast. Charleston looks good too and has a great coach. Ne Is having trouble scoring but has won 5 of 6 or something like that. Delaware has 4 good players who have been there since bush administration

They were supposed to open up the arena last year but Covid happened. They aren’t scared to play anyone, anywhere just like unc

Sunbelt member James Madison takes down a not so good UVA team in front of a sold out crowd in Harrisonburg on “national” tv. Not a smart move leaving that game on the tv schedule and taking the others off.

Nope, I’d rather them win games. And expect them to, especially against inferior teams. Last night was a nice surprise. I take it you don’t read everything. That was as enjoyable first half and win of Towson hoops that I have seen. When it got down to 3 everyone had the same thought, but the defense went to work and won that game late. Facts say we haven’t beaten a team with a winning record (beating the teams obviously gives them an extra loss). Rather Ambrose coach the tigers for the rest of my life than ever root or be associated with Umd.

They do little research at this level and the home crews are usually huge homers (not as bad as our homer though) I’ve definitely come around to this team being a different make up than others. Still concerned for a close game who will close it out. Yesterday it was the defense. Making the extra pass or two, more slipping to the hoop by the bigs and pushing the tempo is different and helps get easy buckets. hopefully Liddell jr can show up tomorrow and help keep this game semi respectable

Sorry that you don’t like facts. We have bullied some bad teams. But we did beat them in impressive fashion and are one horrific start and finish away from being 8-1. Uncg and navy are the real tests (along with UNM and Monmouth) we do lead the caa in NET! At 83

Yes two of the losses were to good teams. But the wins were against a lot of bad teams. Only one team is 500 or better right now, UNM. greensboro is very good with two close loses to two teams with good records so far. That’s gonna be a tough game. Navy is never east too. Need some solid games all around and some open shots to fall

Hicks is ok. But the offense doesn’t run through him nor does he have it much. Nolan Holden usually have it. kent state message board has someone irate with the awful officiating against them…

Great first half and last 5 minutes of the game. The second half otherwise was abysmal. A road win without one of your better players is nice to get. Probably beat shooting half I’ve seen Towson have. kent state could be a decent team but they are just 2-3 on the year. Some good players though.

Missed last “gam” scrimmage with an injury. Likely will be back tonight. 4-8 from three. Small sample size
