I have, not in college, but that should not discredit any facts from my previous post. JMU is head and shoulders ahead of us in everything regarding football. Do I wish that was the case? Hell no! I hate those dirty truck stop dogs. They are just bigger, faster, deeper, healthier and more talented right now. Towson playing it's best, like the second half of Maine, still would not be enough if JMU is on there B game. A win Saturday would be great, but it just won't happen. We got smoked at home by a pedestrian Albany team and lost in OT to NOVA. If both of those were wins we would be talking about a seed for the playoffs and possibly an appearance at JMU's game-day this weekend. Instead we need to win out, against all decent to solid teams, to go 8-4 and sneak into the playoffs.

Lol a team we lost 38-0 too who pulled starters and had vanilla play calling... lol! We lost at home after a bye to Albany. ALBANY by 3 scores. Jmu can name their score. 45-7

They would be 6-1 and not 4-3. Winning is better than losing. This coaching staff doesn’t win enough

It’ll be tough for them next week.. leaving the best fans in the caa and the most intimidating/feared student section to go play in front of 24k fans. “Didn’t have a shot” lol. Home game and we averaged like 42 a game going into that. A competent staff it woulda been a hell of a game

Nice for the d3 guy. Something he won’t forget. Same for Shane and Toms big days. I’m sure they didn’t imagine their senior season like this but they are scrappy under looked transfer players which Towson has thrived on.

Come on man! He had a tough year. Injuries and stuff. Wait until next year. He’s an alum! Blah blah blah. Until they are serious about athletics and at-least trying to compete for a conference championship every year, it will be status quo

It’s bucknell, should be expected. Playing wel against a shitty team. Props to the team for not quitting. Powerhouse Albany and their qb squeezed by uri today. Their qb who lit us up went 10-26 for 140 at home. Some here don’t have expectations except for fielding a team. 10k for two games combined on nice fall days with one being homecoming. 10k! Let that sink in next week will be U G L Y

Practice facility in the middle of campus? Huh. what are you talking about? it was moved from middle of campus to a lot.

Based off the fact that they are moving a large tailgate event to the regular parking lot. One that had spots available last weekend 10 minutes prior to kick off... and the fact that if you look at the ticket map there are still a ton left there.

Surprise surprise, looks like the aren't expecting a large crowd this weekend.. Another marketing fail... I'm all for the band and they work hard too (wish they would not play the same songs every year for over a decade now but), but its a homecoming football game, why is the only graphic not showing a Towson football player???!!! Yep, you're just proving my point. 2014 there has been 1 at large qualifier in the MEAC/SWAC. MEAC, SWAC, Pioneer and NEC are not seeing any at larges anymore/ever, which again shrinks the pool. There's realistically only a handful of conferences that compete for playoff spots in the FCS; Big Sky, CAA, MVFC, SoCon, OVC, Southland and Patriot. Facts are Facts. You're living in a dream world if you think they would. Let me guess you think the MAC and Sunbelt teams have a chance for the FBS playoffs if a team runs the table?

Good Morning Rob! 126 - 10 for the SWAC and 11 for the MEAC who send their conference champs to the Celebration Bowl, - 8 for Ivies who also do not participate, - 2 programs ineligible due to transitioning to FCS level= 95. So damn sorry its actually even a higher %. You can also take out another 9 because no Pioneer school will make it as an at large. Not sure where you get your information.
