Agree with all of those listed. Not going to get in, but I would put Marcus Damas up there too. 3 years, solid player, leader on and off the court. Committed to a team that was awful and played his first year on an even worse team. But I feel like he laid the foundation for what is mens hoops today. With that said it would have been to have him here for 4 years.

Yes the Charleston tournament is way better. No clue who is in the fort Myers one but Charleston is loaded. We are by far the worst team there. Funny (sad really) that we would take that schedule and their fans are upset with it
-
hopefully they practice some in the rain. And learn to stop the run up the middle..
-
Lol he loves handing out extensions and quickly. But atleast she won something. Hopefully she can sustain it but JMU will always be tough
-
sit 1, play 3?
-
How does, Goucher, Galludet, Coppin State and Binghampton sound?! Joking.. hopefully we have a few decent home games and dates. Charleston Tourney will be tough to win 1.

I'm hearing we have some good OOC home games scheduled.
-
No. 3 years of college hoops says he cannot. hopefully the rest improve. Fobbs with a right hand could be deadly. Even if its minor, to keep the defense honest.
-
Like the enthusiasm and optimism that you have. If this transfer can play right away and is as good as you think, that will help. We have not hit a homerun or even double on a D1 transfer in a while. The mass exodus does help us for next year, but Delaware and JMU will be strong. Charleston still has Riller and some good young pieces.

No I don't. Really just hoops and football, some lax too. But I do follow the teams/athletics on social media and can look at the standings. JMU won national championship in lacrosse last year and have been ranked in top 25 for softball parts of the last few years. I know most on here don't care about womens sports much (me included), but it would be nice to see an improved womens program, especially with our high female enrollments
-
Just an observation, JMU women sports consistently dominate the CAA. They have a high female student population like we do, but Volleyball, Lacrosse, Softball, Soccer, Hoops, they are almost always in the top 2-3 in the conference. Would be nice if we could improve that area as well.

Didn’t see the second half but from what I’ve read it’s the same thing that happens in all the sports. We never hold a lead. Always let teams into it late football basketball lacrosse. But for a team that started the season unranked, they had a good year
-
Haha couldn’t happen to a better fan base. They are the most pretentious bunch out there. They refer to us a community college and our players in a very negative light. Hope it’s another 100 years before the nerds go dancing
-
Didn’t someone here mention this as possibility a while back? He has to sit out so they would both be jrs together right? Well if Solomon blows up atleast this would help him stay
-
Hence why I stated, we have had some success with local players staying, their last 2 or full 4 years.
-
Audgie from WM to Northwestern
-
Agree with Mat. Who cares where they come from as long as they stay and can play! I'd rather them from further away, less friends, family and AAU/high school coaches in their ears. While we have had some success with some players from DMV/Philly, a lot did not work out: -Martin, Gorham, Hawkins, Matthews, Mormon, McGlynn, Drayton.
-
I would venture to say staying the same, if they are up or down, it is probably minimal. Season tickets and attendance have been down the last 5 years too across football and hoops. Hopefully a better schedule this year (Delaware fans packing the stadium) and they can build off of last years success.

Before some bite my head off for being negative, the FBS games 3-4 weeks into the season BLOW. Its a shame we can't get them weeks 1 or 2, but a paycheck is a paycheck. Anyone know how much we make off each of these games? The MD and WVU games are nicer where the money won't be blown on travel.
-
If he does not like, than I in fact LOVE it.
-
Two questions on this: 1. Will games still be available through TowsonTigers.com and other schools websites? I would watch away games through their streams and attend all of the home games. 2. How much is the CAA paying Floater Sports to do this? (kind of a joke, but knowing this AD, we might be paying a pretty penny for this garbage) $150 a year?! WTF

MLax going dancing; beats Drexel 16-14 to win CAA title
TuTigers2012 replied to mat1992's topic in Other Tiger Sports
Nice for them to win and make it back to the Tourney. I just would love for a Towson team to go for the kill and jugular just once and finish teams off. But a win is a win. Hopefully we don’t get stuck with a rematch Of a local win in the first round. -
Just updating the CAA losses: Pierce to UNC Milon to UCF Demir to Minnesota Gresham to Georgia Swoope to Sam Houston Cylla to Arkansas Taylor to Eastern KY Fornes TBD Occeus TBD Audgie TBD Knight- Still has his name in NBA Draft process Don't feel bad at all for any of these programs, especially after what happened to us last year. JMU and Delaware are looking good at the moment, even though I cannot believe JMU doesnt have any players leaving the program. WM also lost their top recruit who de-committed and is going to play with Ryan Daly at St Joes. Also for the nerds... https://wydaily.com/local-news/2019/04/30/its-been-a-month-and-wm-hasnt-finalized-dane-fischers-head-basketball-coaching-contract/😂
