Drayton is the First to Transfer - Any more??

I don't count the sub D1 games. They are scrimmages. But most of them do indeed belong at that level. -

Career Scoring List: Prophete 0 points Ingram 8 Points Drayton 7 Points Seluck 7 Points Hell of a job finding talent -
They have a ton coming back and 2 of the top 5-6 players returning in the conference. Next year was supposed to be "the year" (again) Just not sure why he would be fired? Hes been at 500 or better for a long time, shouldn't they just be satisfied and content with that?!?!?!?

6 straight 10 win CAA seasons.. 4 Final appearances, 2 NITs, 1 Regular season title.. The man deserved an 8 year extension, not his walking papers...
-
For all the bad stats we have under Skerry I will say this, NE was 10-4 with Shawn Occeus in their lineup. Vermont, Hofstra, and Delaware were the only other teams to beat them.

Would't it be 4 open scholarships? Thomas, McNeil, Drayton, Yagzi. It was the most obvious one, but there may be another coming.. -
Haha especially wikipedia. Though as a private institution I wasn't sure it would be that accessible.. On a other note, Hofstra fans questioning their coach, demanding changes within in the staff/new one..
-
More than I thought he’d make at NE. money goes to hockey. And women’s hockey. Also good at baseball somehow
-
Any chance coen takes bc job? Get him out of the caa. he is such a great coach. Their offense is night and day compared to us one man show couldn’t do it for Hofstra. Didn’t get much help or rest. Pemberton is a chronic choker
-
Time for Tim to offer her an 8 year extension... All kidding aside, she did a great job. The program was bad with the last coach and stagnant to say the least with Joe Matthews. To bad they are a 4 seed, having to potentially play JMU is not ideal.

Northeastern nearly gets hosed but makes CAA/AEast Final

NIT is still meaningful for mid majors. More practice time and a reward for winning your conference regular season. -

I think the field of 68 is fine, IF they let all AQ's (yes even the MEAC and SWAC) participate fully and not the play in game. Give me the last 4 "Power" at large teams in against one another and 4 Mid Majors at larges playing against each-other in Dayton. It will never happen but still gives the power conferences their money for the extra units and makes the games better. This year you would have Libscomb, St Marys, Belmont and Furman. I think more people would watch those than the snore-fest 16 vs 16 games -

Bad calls on both ends last night. Brantley wanted puscia in that last possession and got burnt. Safe to say tonight will be lowest championship attendance in caa history -
Meet Tim Leonard
-
Man we could have had frank mason and kelvin Amayo. With benimon damas and Burwell (I think)
-
Walden and Jones?
-
No Troy Franklin and josh Thornton? Damn they led the team to their first caa semis appearance this is sarcasm
-
I hope cougars can make it to finals. Will help with the crowd. Also a big Riller fan. The best 3 teams are still standing
-
Lol. We all wonder this.
-
Mihalich is a bad coach. But damn

It's more difficult because games aren't as readily available on TV, but everyone give your All CAA predictions. (No Particular Order) First Team- Wright-Formeman (HOF), Riller (CofC), Knight (WM), Cacock (UNCW), Brantley (CofC) Second Team- Pusica (NE), Carter (DEL), Pierce (WM), Seibring (Elon), Pemberton (HOF) Third Team- Harper (Drexel), Mosley (JMU), Lewis (JMU), Santa Ana (Elon), Fobbs (Towson) Can also see Demir from Drexel slip in for someone on this line All Defensive Team- Cacok (UNCW), Carter (DEL), Buie (HOF), Brantley (CofC), Taylor (HOF) (I think they usually do 6 for this one) if so Knight (WM) All Rookie Team- Toews (UNCW), Horton (DEL), Wynter (Drexel), Audgie (WM), LJ Owens (WM) or Matt Veretto (DEL) The last 2 are meh. Rookie of the Year- Cameron Wynter- Drexel- 10.8 PPG 4.5 Rebounds 5.2 Assists 1.3 Steals Defensive Player of the Year- Devonte Cacock- UNCW- 14.9 PPG 12.1 Rebounds 1.0 Steal .6 Block (More of a 4 year award especially since his teams Defense sucks) I can see Buie/Taylor wining this instead Coach of the Year- Joe Milhalich-HOF (laughing as I write this) beneficiary of great talent. X's & O's are up there (down there) with Skerry, but has JWF and won 23+ games. If Delaware wins their last two, I could see Inglesby win it. He did lose his best player due to transfer (sound familiar?!) and still won more games than the year before. Player of the Year- Justin Wright-Foreman- HOF- 26.6 PPG .515% from the field .433% from 3 .866 FT % 4.1 Rebounds 3.0 Assists .8 Steals. An easy pick and the first back to back POTY award winner since Jerrelle Benimon. This would make 11 of the last 14 winners guards. ARE YOU LISTENING SKERRY AND STAFF?!

Positive 1, almost our entire team returns. Negative 1, almost our entire team returns. Positive 2, our entire staff will be back. Negative 2, our entire staff will be back. WM loses next to nothing return 3 rising senior starters and have a 7 foot Wisconsin shooter transfer eligible Drexel loses Harper Elon loses almost everyone (probably a good thing, they were a bad team the past 2 years but had some decent players), matheny may be fired Delaware loses Carter and Bryant. Brings back a ton along with a UAB sharpshooting transfer, along with a High Point and a Nova transfer Hofstra loses JWF, Taylor but return 3 rising senior starters NU loses Pusica, Green, and Miller but return 4 good rising seniors + Murphy and get occeus and bourqiuot back from injury. and have the best coach Illinois transfer will be eligible Charleston loses Brantley, Harris and Pointer (maybe Riller goes grad transfer?) and still has a good coach UNCW loses Cacock and has everyone who plays meaningful minutes back. JMU- loses mosley and phillips and returns everyone else, if Rowe is back coaching them, its a guarantee we go 0-2
-
Also surprised with that. Dottin with a defensive team vote. and that Riller didnt get 1 vote for POTY but injured pucisca did. Should have be unanimous but still.
