Would be interesting in a year or so if they go into a flex schedule model like maybe conference usa did a few years ago where the last 4 games are 1-5. 6-10. Etc so our better teams can get a boost playing stronger teams. I do like playing Wm Delaware and drexel twice every year. Too bad hofstra and Charleston weren’t replaced twice by Monmouth and Hampton 😂

Overpaid. I've been disappointed in his social media so far. For a younger guy he doesn’t post much. Love it or hate it, social media and Twitter is big. Our coaches are far behind other programs. behavior by students tailgating in the past has been pretty poor and embarrassing but so is the gestapo SAFE crew. No problem them behind around but they are way too intrusive

They do send out surveys for season ticket holders. Atleast in the past they did. 2 would be nice. It’s annoying as hell. The rest of them are a lot of the same.

Does he think other teams leave the caa soon? Would he have been in favor of adding so many new teams? Who is he looking at to bring in as the next football coach?

The free items and promotions are already in place… Need to offer a young alumni ticket package. Something like 25 bucks for football and 40 for hoops for graduates within the last 5 years. Do an all inclusive season ticket. 175 bucks for all football and basketball games. Add in lacrosse too. Get youth leagues out to games with free tickets. Most will bring their parents. Tickets purchased by them along with food and souvenirs. Do a family pack 4 tickets 4 hot dogs and 4 sodas for 50 bucks. the lack of marketing and promotion to the general public is awful. With that being said, it’s just as bad towards alumni and donors..

Yup. Only way it would semi help the attendance would be to give them a ticket or something when coming in and then give the item out in the second half. Otherwise students will walk in and then walk right out

Not playing a lot of games at home early on and playing schools that the average student does know or care about hurts. no Delaware and Jmu will really lower the numbers this year as they would bring a good amount of people. At least pre 2020 student numbers were ok for the earlier games until half. Never understood why the students stayed to watch the band (whose been playing the same few songs for 15 years!) and then left college games are very long now a days and attention span is shorter than ever. But student attendance shouldn’t be the big deal. College students are showing up in droves to watch below average/average fcs football. Other caa schools don’t draw students either. The difference is they have alumni and local folks who show up and care. (Could be a chicken or the egg situation) Our regular fan numbers are PATHETIC in comparison to the other schools. We probably have 1000 season ticket holders combined between hoops and football? Oh, also schedule better

If we had a nickel for anytime someone said they wanted to increase student attendance at games, we could afford to pay actors to come and be fans. fcs football with little tailgating and a long winter break during basketball season = low attendance.

So with usc and UCLA going to the big ten, how quickly does it take for Jmu to join the pac12?!😂😂

That’s all well and good but it still comes down to 3/4 days in DC. Can this team finally break through and remove the 500 ton monkey on skerrys back? Can they live up to expectations that will be high? Ncaa or bust.
