URI - lost by 2 UD - lost by 5 W&M - lost by 7 - SEVEN Nova - lost by 7 Maine - lost by 3 Ass kicking by NDSU and FBS. The Great Danes are wounded animals coming in. We are coming off a let down loss playing a 0-7 team. I've been on 0-7 teams('90-'91). It's neither fun nor enjoyable. The last game scores indicate this team hasn't given up. In case anyone here thinks I'm a rah-rah everything is OK guy, this game scares me more than the rest. We are primed for embarrassment. And by primed, I mean, like end of the world humiliation. I'll be there Lot 8, come say hi.

They have huge stadiums in the SWAC. Ancient, like much of the Ivies, but huge. I'm thinking they normally have large parts closed off normally.

I don't know why any America East football only school would join full membership. It's a Northeast heavy all-sports conference. Travel costs vs a perceived move up to the CAA? Is it really a move up? UMass is never coming back. Uconn will drop football before moving back.

And having been around TSU/TU over the years, I seriously doubt this will ever change.

At what point do you walk away? Why would you want better for a program that your god son failed at? Shouldn't you be inflating his worth on another fan page? I'm not going to defend Rob to the end of the earth like I did with Gordy in a similar thread years ago. But to blame Rob for disciplinary actions taken on a player, one as so vital as West was, in a playoff situation is lacking moral compass. If not West, than who? I guarantee you everyone on the team remembers that game and what it cost them. And I don't think for a minute that blame lands on Robs shoulders. The problems we see with this team not focusing on beating the next team on the schedule because they are full of themselves due to prior weekend performances would be multiplied thousands of times over if a coach looked the other way when a player like West is treated differently that the rest. THAT reason in 2011, is why Rob has been extended, in my opinion. Don't think his blocking mattered? Go ask the Browns, Titans and Ravens.

We wear the white helmets on the road. We've wore the block "T' the last two wins. I know, I know. Don't F with the winning streak. But for God's sake, a gold T outlined in black isn't the same on a black helmet as on a white one. The T on a white helmet is ICONIC. LOL

I forget where I started the playoff train thread, so here is where I'll post this... Needless to say, I was disgusted and shut the broadcast off in the 4th quarter. One of my first thoughts was of TU12 enjoying 'shangri-la' multiple times. I tried to erase that from my memory as quickly as possible. But it popped back as soon as I logged in. TU12's lumping this blowout with the UNH loss is comical. I'm an offense guy, so that might skew my opinion(with "might" being 100% certainty). I saw how the defense reacted to completely shutting down Rhody first hand on the sideline during Homecoming. How the big plays apparently occurred Saturday in Williamsburg made me think of one immediate thing. The defense came in thinking they were the same big bad defense they thought they were going into Durham after Morgan State. Villanova showed that URI was just URI who had played the equivalent of 4 Morgan States up until then. We, on the other hand, walked away from homecoming as beating down an actual real ranked team, and reading every press clipping they could find singing their praises. And got big timed on three LONG yardage scores in the first quarter, which ultimately killed any chances of winning. I'm not saying its the coaches fault or not, but it happens. I'm not admitting anything, but you could make a very strong case for the very same thing of me and my team in '93 at Hofstra. I overly blamed the NDSU loss on the offense, I walked out at halftime. I'm blaming this on the defense. Yes, we have royally F'ed ourselves as far as post season considerations, barring the unthinkable in Harrisonburg at the end vs Purple. I'll be in Lot 8 to discuss at the remaining home games.

We got royally WHORED in '12. And on live tv. To the team we just shelled no 12 hours previous. I I just can't go back to that. That said, we scheduled NDSU, who cares? We're going to always have a I-A cupcake. I liked that we didn't schedule StFU again. Or Bucknell. Or who cares? 2 losses. Bottom line is that with 24 teams in the playoffs, a 7-4 team isn't at all unusual, at least from the CAA, BigSky or MVFC. We need to take care of business until 11/20. If we don't none of this matters.

I hardly think Delawhere is going to win one more game, let alone 4. Rocco was hired by an AD who wanted to de-emphasize football. Hence why the elderly fans want him out.

WTF is the deal with Delaware being better than us? If we played StFU instead of NDSU we'd be 4-2, with 2 wins against teams Delaware LOST to. Seeing both Delaware and URI in the top 25 is a F'ing joke. Yes, we turned the ball over on UNH's 5. Then brain farted the last 2 mintues of the first half.
