Florida should have beaten us by quite more if they made their open shots and made layups. A vastly overrated team but we competed which was good to see. Xavier is much better and the outcome isn't surprising nor the ability of us to come up with offensive plays (Skerry ball). As some had said, the CAA may be better than expected and if so, expect the trend of past seasons to continue here....

Well rumor has it he didn't get back on defense at some point during the game and was pulled. Hope this doesn't lead to him leaving the team or anything..

Good effort by the team. Yes, Florida is overrated and it could have been a loss by double digits if they make layups and open shots. Nothing new regarding plays after a timeout (signature of Skerry ball). I'm not sold on Gibson yet even though it's my first time seeing him play live. Dottin made some good shots and had his moments..

Oh, asking for the pink slip for the coach is absurd. The football program is somewhat relevant and had playoff and championship game appearances. Sure he screws up here and there but he is a decent coach imo. Can't say the same for the guy who coaches men's hoops .

LOL.. No problem man, at least we keep the board lively at times. But have to be fair as well, we do say some positives as well. All agree that Skerry has brought the program out of the dumps and is a solid recruiter. However, the same formula on the court hasn't taken us to the next level.

Just Mat being himself along with a few others. Make one mention about lack of shooters or something else, and the kid not having a jump shot and we're super negative. Sometimes I don't even bother posting anymore. Just will wait to see how the season unfolds as usual...

The guy has major ups and very athletic. But that's most of the talent we pick up (exception here and there) so it really doesn't add much dimension to the team. We need shooters since the same formula hasn't worked for the time Skerry has been here. Looked like he was struggling with a basic free throw from that video above. Form is suspect. Has potential but again same ole same ole....
