Not to change the focus of poor performance which led to dismissal but I recall some rumors about unfortunate incidents with players as well due to his tough guy approach to things. Wonder if that played a role as well

Rob should be gone. No debate there. Skerry despite my criticisms, has done a good job bringing the program to some sort of relevance now. Even if not making the ncaa tourney this year I just can’t see him being terminated unless there is a total meltdown this year and the following.. -

Skerryball needs to make a significant jump in the results to gain any leverage into getting what he wants. Yes the program has come quite a way from the moribund hole it used to be in, but neither any statement wins or ncaa tourney appearances to justify anything. Just a decent/average program over the years which happens to come up repeatedly short in big moments..
