I agree AD no urgency... at all. Maybe something is happening behind the scenes but at least come out and address it honestly. "How Do we change that?" is definitely the most critical question. Also I hate to say it but after they banned tailgates (yes I know they have been "back") we haven't been productive to put it nicely. Broke all momentum.

Garbage... Exposure on tv/espn deal way more than short term $. CAA commissioner seems short sighted, to put it nicely. -
I know a kid who was just added as a video intern to the athletics team. His highlight videos for the Ravens garner hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube. Hoping they unleash him and let him get some content going for the football team.

Have a friend whos been cut 3 times but managed to stick on on a practice squad all last year... they will definitely take that. Keeps them in play.
