Ive said this repeatedly and I hope someone from the school does check these boards. But they need to directly reach out to greek life and be frank and say that safe will not harress their organizations as long as people are respectful. Did you guys now that student groups weren't even allowed to fly their organizations flags? Stupid rules dont help bring about a winning atmosphere..

Seems like this is a historical issue with towson. I have said this before, but Towson wants the big school feel without the big schoool problems. Admin needs new blood who have experience at a top 50 fbs program.

Yes the security guards do hassle students and they fear risk of citations - why? when they can just go to the bars all day and get $2 bud lights and rails lol. The school shuts down house parties with noise ordinances. So instead of being at a house then walking to the game. you are driven up to the bars.

I dont know if many remember, but the last tailgate of the 2016 season ( in which I graduated) all I did was set up one of the biggest tailgates for students since maybe my freshman year when they were POPPING (2012) was reach out to the heads of greek life organizations and make a facebook event. Thats all I did and we had that front lot bumping. I think there is still that misconception that the school doesnt want it... they want it bad now. But there needs to be a middle man to set up logistics. Deb morarity or whatever her name is has tainted the school in terms of a lot of greek life / students in regards to "fun". I was literally thinking we need to start paying these kids at the game. The school needs to really take advantage of student groups, namely greek life. Bring greek life back to these games you bring the whole school back. just imo.

I agree to alot of the comments. Attendance was really bad.. It is such an interesting dynamic, the issue they have with bringing people out. But what a dominant dub. Another nod to the O line for going to work, Tom Flacco just putting himself on the map. Seems to be having fun. But yeah, top down from the fcs to the caa to the university, pr not strong... Ill probably come back for the JMU game.
