What a year. So incredibly proud of this team.

Boy the UNCW fans are extremely mad online about our announcers and lack of fans. Let’s not act like any of the CAA broadcast teams aren’t homerish. Our guys are, I can admit that but this program has suffered for a long time and is finally playing well, let them have their fun. 

About as close to a “moral victory” as you will ever get. Thought we played really well against a very talented team. Even more impressive after playing Monday night.

Officiating was terrible in the second half. Gotta be able to swallow the whistle. Was a ref show there for a minute. Would love to know what was up with the double tech

Ton of positives tonight, the exposure for this program is really important. FWIW gambling Twitter has been all over the Tigers recently (in a good way). Anything to get more eyes on the program 

Being on TV tonight really made me wonder what a TV deal and a tourney appearance could do for this program. Basketball is the meal ticket and I hope our next AD gets that 

Lots to be optimistic about tonight, both for the team and the program as a whole. Let’s take care of business against Coppin and get ready for a tough UNCG team 

Was nice to see Towson put away a team again. Feel like in years past, we let teams just linger. Officiating was terrible, totally killed the flow of the game but it went both ways.

Friday is a big test but this team seems to have more of the “it factor” than in recent years. 

This was the most complete team win IMO that I can remember in some time. It’s a very small sample size but I really liked what I saw. 

This group has an energy and hustle to it that has been lacking in recent years. Ball movement was fantastic. Felt they played very unselfish ball. 
 

Fix the FT issues and this team stands to surprise some folks 

I have been a defender of Rob for a long time but it is time for a change. The game was in striking distance at the end and he proceeded to call arguably the worst sequence in his time at Towson. I will always appreciate what he did here but come 2022, we need a new coach holding the clipboard. 

Saw that the other day. Been in fed since I graduated in ‘12 and this is the first physical marketing I’ve seen down here. Love it. 

Blounge, we should try to get a watch group together. Lotta Tigers on the peninsula. 

Marketing is pushing this game hard, I love it. Rob was on campus handing out shirts. Players in PAWs handing out stuff too. Ton of buzz on social media. Kudos to the marketing department.

I’ve been following this team for over a decade now (hard to believe) and it really feels like the program has shifted for the better. 

This years team feels much more cohesive in all aspects of the game. I think they could be special. The loss of Deberry will really sting but I’m confident in the next man up.

In the past I’ve been highly critical of the athletics department regarding marketing and game day. I’ve got to say it seems like they are coming around too. I’ve seen a huge increase in physical marketing and I love what they are doing in terms of game day- letting the students tailgate, the pregame show etc.  

Does anyone have an updated map of tailgate lots? Info on website seems old. 

In the same vein, does anyone know what lots will be open for the homecoming tailgate? They moved the alumni festival to the CLA lawn ( which I think is a huge mistake) and my group wants to stay close to the stadium. I can’t find anything online about which lots will be open.

Disgusting effort, especially early on. O & D lines both got abused. Season is over with another year of missed playoffs. Brutal way to end after 6-1 start.

SAFE management is absurd at the games. I go with a large group each year to homecoming and we almost didn’t want to come back this year due to the constant harassment from them. I’ve never seen another school baby students like this.

I graduated in 2012 and was a part of the Greek life tailgates. They were awesome and really helped bring students to games.

I've been a big supporter of Rob on this board but last night was inexcusable. The lack of adaption to Morgans defense was atrocious. This may have been one of the worst called offensive games I've ever seen in my life.
