It seems like in past seasons when you gave these scrimmage recaps it was littered with "Player X, Player Y, Player Z didn't participate due to injury." or "this offensive or defensive group struggled with depth due to injuries." Didn't see that in your recap have we just been lucky so far or do you think it could be how camp is run so far this season?

Sounds like a nice get, but in this day and age, let me know when he is on campus next summer before I get too excited. Not a shot at him it is just the way of college sports now a days.

Not a bad listen and I am glad the host didn't sugar coat the interview as there were some "tough" questions they threw at him. Seemed like RA was biting his tongue a little from time to time and that smudgeness of his showed. All that being said being a classmate of his I wish him well. Anyone kind of surprised he didn't pick up a OC or position job somewhere or do you think he really didn't pursue or was offered anything? The later could be kind of telling.

Not sure about the rest of the group on this page but when I reference the conference when speaking with friends I say Colonial not CAA and just like those fools that continue to put State in our name it will take me awhile to say Coastal.

Who knows what sport, more than likely it will be one of the women's teams, but can't wait to hear sometime this year "And the Towson STATE University Tigers are COLONIAL Conference Champions!" Maybe the name change is a last ditch effort to entice Coastal Carolina into the league! HAHA

In order to renew FloSports one would have had to have it in the past which is not me. I will continue to hope non-conference road games get telecast as my way to see the Tigers other than the CBS Sports Network games as I refuse to support Flo.

The only thing he said that is probably truthful in that sound bite is the fact that the other coaches in the American Conference are afraid to speak up because they don't want to be black balled if they are fortunate enough to be considered for a Power 5 school. Trent I hate to tell you but you can kick, scream and moan all you want but if Saban, Smart or whoever else comes sliding into one of your players DM's they are gone and your "connections" will not be able to help.

The article list November 27th as the date Coach Harper returns, which would be after the season starts. Was this some kind of "suspension"? Will we ever get an idea of what is going on?

SMH with me now following the GOH Collectives social media handles they are now up to 3 followers on Instagram and a whopping 12 on Twitter. What are they doing to promote this? Again as I mentioned when this whole thing was announced, with all the planning and work that went into this it just comes off as if they just decided to put something up and figure it out later. I'd rather be late to the party and come out with a 100% plan of promotion over what seems to be "hey get something up there and we will figure things out as we go."

So if my calculations are correct, then over 500 of the total 707 donors have a direct relationship (athletic department staff, current and former players) to the athletic department. Thanks to the 200+ indirect donors but that is where Towson is lacking. It would be great to see the number of in-direct donors total equaled or surpassed the direct group

Crickets so far, but something happened or is going on for the Athletic department announces a dismissal 8:00 PM on a Friday night. Everyone knows in PR if you want to release/announce something that you want little or no waves you do it on a Friday. Especially a Friday night. Interesting she still has Head Coach Towson WBB and posted a picture on Saturday of the team.

Would be nice if this includes a Buffs trip to the SECU sometime November.

Great year but what were they saving their ace for? I've been watching a lot of softball on a network that most normal fans can actually see, gotta get my #stoptheflo remarks when I can, and I see these pitchers throw 140 pitches and then are back out there the next day and the day after. Always throw your ace when you can, can't play like you have another game in your pocket.

I think you are right about that game being a late add. Towson, although not as successful ended the regular season at Tennessee. That was back in the day when conferences outside of the Big and PAC 10 were usually no larger than 8 teams and needed to play OOC late in the season. Nowadays outside of Big 12/SEC Challenges it is rare for teams to play OOC games after early January.

Downingtown West a very good football program. Bias because I live in DELCO but always surprised we do not get many DELCO or Chester County kids.
