Frank continues to thrive at Saint Francis University. 6-5-1 record this season is not stellar however he has revitalized their program. He built a pipeline from Germany while at Towson and has continued it to Saint Francis. Great Coach and a class act.

McKeon Pavilion opened in 1978 and seats 3500. Yes the Gaels have had success due to their Australian pipeline of players. My point is why did we build a new arena if we weren’t gonna bring in more home games and better quality teams.
-
Very exciting. My only frustration with this team assembled is SECU is only a decade old and not that fans show up but we only have “3” non conference home games. Veteran group you’d love to see have more home games. Albany/Coppin/Navy 😔 Saint Mary’s and their crappy gym in Moraga California home schedule goes… Oral Roberts/Vermont/North Texas/Southern/Hofstra/New Mexico/Missouri State/Nee Mexico State/Colorado State

Just watched Sekou Sylla on the Instagram feed. I love him already. We are so spoiled with all this coverage of the team now.

-21.5 Lets cover that. Goh Tigers!

I like the pregame scrimmage idea. Can’t hurt. Hope we can play the game of our short season thus far. Goh Tigers

With 50 new players I’m not surprised we have a few bad apples. Of course many transfers work out but we have 3,000+ in the portal these days for a reason. So many kids aren’t happy or want to put the work in to play. Him mentioning the issue just seemed out of place in my opinion. Get a coach that has no ties to Towson. Need a fresh perspective and someone who has some sort of experience rebuilding a program. Try and pluck away a coach from Schiano’s staff at Rutgers.

So if I read his quote correctly we had discipline issues 48 hours prior to the game that resulted in depth chart changes??!! No need to change divisions etc. Go out and hire a new coach. Change is needed

Charles got to the charity stripe 86 times last season as opposed to Cam who got there 187 times. Cam shot around 70% and CT shot around 63%. We know Timberlake and Gibson are both very solid from the line. If CT can get up to 70% this season then we really could be a tough team to beat in the last 2-3 minutes when it becomes a fouling game. And I really think this season CT will get to the line well over 125 times+.

All the back issues Gibson previously had.. is that in the past for him now or do you we still need to watch his load management etc? I forget if the surgery he had corrected the issue? Love him off the bench firing away!

A Conversation with Athletic Director Steve Eigenbrot

Some sort of indoor training facility for football and Lacrosse to share would be incredible with a regulation turf field etc. -
We're on to UNH....Tigers fall to West Virginia 65-7
Bay Area Tiger replied to mat1992's topic in Football Talk
If I read the UNH stats correctly.. They only rushed the ball for 60+ yards today which was around the same total when they beat Monmouth in week 1 and then against Albany it was well over 250+ yards rushing. Lets hope we stop their run this coming week! -
This is awesome!

Tournament or bust. Players, coaches and fans all on same page. We can do this!
-
Heaven.. both Stan and Spiro interviews were great. Rob said he would have been comfortable starting 4 of the 6 QB’s at one point. Depth so important obviously.. hope this rings true. He also mentioned about being a minor league filler for bigger clubs which we have seen ad nausea with the college basketball world. I can’t fathom running the same offense as a Power 5 school feeder. Anyhow I truly love and appreciate all this coverage. Beat Bucknell!

I can’t see this team not being hungry again. We didn’t DANCE and they all know this. Our team and entire fanbase has a chip on their shoulder still. I don’t remember one game last season where this core of players didn’t play hard and fight to get the win. We are still the “hunters” in my opinion! Rocky 2!
-
I watched a D2 player who is 5’10” come to USF from Central Washington and thrive. Our new big is gonna be fine and thrive.
-
Nah we have plenty of that in NorCal.
-
What I would give to be back at Towson right now until November. I so miss the season changes. I’m very excited about this team and what they may be able to accomplish this season. Enjoy those games and that beautiful campus… Every Fall I start to miss Towson!

About 30 schools will survive. Rest become like D2. NIL is here to stay. All these AD’s only care about themselves too.
-
Our D2 transfer came 3 weeks early and stayed all summer. Love that. Excited to see Conway play… gymrats tend to be successful.. are you listening Ben Simmons??? 😁
-
Marcus Camby may be in attendance!!!

Anybody know why Steve Kerr was at TU today?

Excellent timing considering the Dubs just signed Spencer from Loyola. I had do the closeup to make sure. 😀 -
Central Penn roster has “8” sophomores and “4” Juniors Young team.. Towson -37

Fantastic interview and I agree. We have to remember these are kids and I get him going into the portal but the fact that he realized he had unfinished business makes me smile. We must dance this coming season. No ifs, ands or buts. In Cam we trust… break his face again any team and a group of us alumni will travel to your campus and kick some ass.
