Moto was great for us. We now have the Uyaelunmo brothers. Build on this success and start a pipeline of African players that come to Towson. We have to get creative right now. Find our niche.

As far as high school kids transferring I’ve witnessed the pressure first hand. After a successful freshman season 🏈 my son had an offer to play for a private school in the WCAL here in SF. No ull rides here but heavily compensated. He was adamant to not leave and wants to win with his current teammates.. a trait he got from that I learned from being a proud Towson State alum.. now instead of respecting his decision. I had “inner circle” people telling me I was crazy and that Tom Brady played in that league and my son will get no exposure etc. Truly cracked me up.

Here in crazy California we do recalls. Newsom and now the SF School Board. I want a detailed plan put forth by this coaching staff and just overall more transparency if we are stuck until 2025. No harm in that right. We aren’t a private school.

Ultimately and I’ve given this a lot of thought since Thursday.. all the blame for us not dancing falls on us Alumni. We haven’t done enough for his program to succeed. I like the idea of dumping your season tickets! I welcome PS to comment on this board and tell us honestly how we can all help!! We are all disgusted and down in the dumps right now.. I’m not trying to be a smart ass... we need a state of the program discussion ASAP. We need more transparency.. why certain guys left the program and what is the plan for 21’-22’... rebuild!!?? I think PS is a great guy but seriously... his next deal with Spiro should address alumni questions etc. I’m sick and tired of being a laughing stock. We built an arena for what reason!? Why take a player back unless you know without a doubt there will be no issues!? Oral Roberts/Abilene Christian/Loyola Chicago/Gonzaga... how do they do it!? We all deserve some answers!

I used to think.. give a coach time and if you cut ties you may lose recruits etc. Pitino just got Iona in after one season. Again.. he has served and is counted. Time for a fresh face.. we have a $ tree I’m sure if we needed some extra cash. If we hadn’t built the new arena then I’d accept our situation. I can’t any longer. Wojo went 128-95 with Marquette. 2 Dances. Hate to beat a dead drum but 2012 was spot on. I know I know.. $$$$ etc. Watching this dance and knowing we have had a new arena etc. Pitiful results for Towson. Cut ties and next man up. Covid excuse doesn’t exist as you see coaches being fired across the board. We don’t make a move now and we set ourselves back even farther.
