  1. How tall is he actually? He looks kinda small out there, but he’s fearless and as dynamic a pg we have ever had in the skerry era

jerome hariston could have been good if he stuck around long enough for Bennimon to come to town

  2. I was just at bagel works hunt valley and it was packed! My suggestion is that becomes a towson football guy spot. Love that coach shinnick was having coffee chats there in the mornings leading up to football season. Wear your towson football hoody in there every weekend and let’s build the community and camaraderie from within. Just be careful driving with all the old people from HV/Mays Chapel trying to go to the Amish market across the street LOL

  3. Idk what to believe our article said the all time record is 40-20 but umbc’s says 43-20 in favor of the tigers

    WHO ARE THESE GUYS?

    • UMBC is one of just six DI programs that did not return a single player who started one game for their current team last season. The others are Notre Dame, Penn State, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Northwestern State and Utah State.
    • A PROGRAM ON THR RISE
    • UMBC is enjoying their best stretch in program history as the Retrievers have gone a combined 136-88 (.614) over the past seven seasons. UMBC enjoyed three straight 20+ win seasons from 2016-17 to 2018-19. Their 25 victories in 2017-18 was a program-high.

They seem happy with 20+ win seasons over the past decade!

A free Happy Hour at Gators?  Is Gators even open or am I dating myself.  Let's drop the Arcadia game and get Loyola on the schedule so we can get a true city sweep!

Gators was before I was born! That part of Belvedere square now has Zen West and Swallow at the Hallow as the main attractions. There also used to be a bar called Craig’s(also known as favorites) that was the epicienter of underage debauchery at the Baltimore city/county line circa 2011. It was rightfully shut down after years of charging $15 cover to let every college freshman into the bar

    117-183 for 63%

Now we basically have 1 game a week until conference play starts January 4th.

Yes I know we’ve had a history of poor foul shooting but knowing what we know after 9 games…. if we are gonna pull out some close wins in CAA play with how refs tend to call games currently we gotta be able to knock down more free throws.

We’ve said in the past ad nausea that this is the one area of the game that can be easily improved if you put more emphasis and time to it.

Shoot them free throws boys!  70% or bust!

Exactly! We need more points especially on the road and in conference. This team needs practice and rest. Shooting free throws two hours a day everyday til March!

  6. Also Coach Frank Martin looked like he was at a funeral, bent over, holding back tears, facing the opposite direction of the court last night. Now THAT is something you don’t see at towson very often. Our team was torturing him out there with how we kept swinging punches all night and never stopped. He was regretting scheduling these two games big time! Nice favor he did for his friend Pat skerry, got embarrassed at home and on the road and took it on the chin because he’s a good friend.

  7. Christmas came early for us Towson fans! Biggest win in the Skerry era at home? Tarke finally getting approved! The team finally showing they can score and play with a faster pace and break a full court press. The refs must have been on the payroll betting the over. Very strange officiating on the same night FloSports made this game free for all the gamblers to view! Suspicious! Fire that officiating crew!

christian May had a day! We forgot he sucks on the road and is better at home. Good to see his confidence is back!

dylan is a spark plug, positive or negative. He can create off the dribble, but can also turn it over trying to get too fancy with it. He’s passionate, he’s progressing positively.

Charlie is the heart and soul of this team(not news to anyone)
