  1. PS said UMass is one of the best in the country at forcing turnovers AND offensive rebounding. We are glaringly bad about turning the ball over. Especially if Dylan gets himself in early foul trouble and rahdir Hicks isnt back. We might give up a bunch of points in transition. We also can't shoot and rely heavily on offensive rebounding to score points. The king of Charles Street Charles Thompson needs a double double to keep us in this one. Hopefully Pat has a good game plan for this matchup

Not as much as much as someone who never got to a conference final, much less a national final.

Pat skerry will be busy coaching so he can't stand in the beer line all night. Tim Leonard and Chris Davis are also some folks who get paid too much for what they produced around here

Good news bLounge. Dollar hot dogs. Bad news, price of beers gone up 😂

If it's a cold hot dog handed to me by someone with a smug face like the bitch from Newell dining hall with an attitude I'm not coming back.

SAFE security better not beat me half to death for standing along the concourse with my $3 beer for too long without moving along to my seat

It is. Unfortunately, we aren’t going to like what we see as a gauge of where we are. Every year we get beat by very good teams (understandable). But then we have games that are winnable (wake. Colorado) that we either get blown out or shit the bed late. Solid matchups( unt. SDSU umass) where we may win 1 but lose more than win. And the everyone’s favorite, the local bad schools that we typically beat.  Record inflaters. That’s who we are and will Atleast until 2028

So bet the Minutemen is what I'm hearing!

  5. UMASS has some big white boys in Cross and Cohen that look about 6'10 225lbs each. Charlie Thokpson can battle one of them but idk if prime time Chase Parr can hang with Matt Cross' quickness

I think my strategy of bet the under holds true in this one. Strong defense and rebounding on both teams is gonna make it tough to score. Especially tough to score in Tiger Arena with those stiff rims!

Most "broadcast" teams have both men and women as interviewers as well as those of various ethnicities. It makes the interviews seem less stale. This is not to diminish anything Spiro does, as he does a great job, but variety is the spice of life and is likely to draw more viewers. There seems to be more crossover these days with women as analysts, interviewers and play by play in men's sports and vice versa, both in order to enlarge the audiences. No guarantees, just a passing thought

This is good feedback, more diversity is needed! Two old white men running their mouths is not what young college kids like

Getting ready to make the 3.5 hour drive from Minneapolis in about an hour. I hope it goes better than my trips to Chicago for the Northern Iowa and to Rhode Island for Bryant games last year. If it could match my experience in Philadelphia during the Penn win last year that would be great.

Good for you! Wear towson gear and be loud and obnoxious. Put towson on the map for all them Dakota hicks!

Marist's long time coach Jim Parady is retiring.  I could see this being a good opportunity for Rob Ambrose.  A low FCS program in a region he's familiar recruiting in.  I doubt he's going to get many looks during this offseason hiring cycle from any big-boy programs for any significant positions.  He should throw his hat in the ring for this one.

Or maybe "my guy" at Slippery Rock would take this gig.

Maybe Rob takes the Slippery Rock job when it opens up!

What do you expect?. It’s been 13 years. Putting on an assistant and a player join from  time to time would help

It’s disheartening that they straight up don’t care about producing good content. The towson athletics social media and photography teams are excellent but somehow they don’t ask them for help on these types of videos

Mount Rushmore is 6 hours away Spiro.
    No go.
    Goofy exchanges between those two.
No updates on Hicks, Cole or Tarke unfortunately

I love that we get access to the coaches like this each week, but agreed goofy exchanges. Content is getting stale. Maybe we need some younger, more energetic, college student podcasters in the mix to ask better questions and provide better Baltimore banter

If I were Tarke, I’d have a lawsuit in the queue (with the help of TU athletics legal rep) which would include a request for injunctive relief, requiring the NCAA to allow him to play during the pendency of the suit

Similar to the covid year, they should grant him an extra year of eligibility. it's not his fault he's not playing it's the NCAA wasting his eligibility
