I noticed the other day the difference in coaching styles and OBVIOUSLY we are at the FCS level but Redskins commentators were talking about Terry Mclaurin (Scary Terry - 4.35 40) pretty sure he was their 3rd round pick. They had him as the starting returner as he was making his way through scout team etc but as soon as he become a viable option to be their #1/2 receiver he was immediately pulled from special teams duties...
