Wind gusts up to 20 mph means 90% running, which favors them slightly. We have turf. I’m sure the game will be played even in a monsoon like the playoff game against Duquesne. Nobody wants to play or watch them play on NFL Sunday, which I assume will rain the early part of the day. (2/3) Conditions begin to deteriorate late Friday night w/ an extended period of moderate rainfall and strong winds. Tropical Storm Warnings are in effect for Calvert, Dorchester, Somerset, St. Mary's, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties and the Town of Ocean City. A surge of 2-4 feet will also be experienced in Chesapeake Bay.
