mat1992 2,235 Report post Posted March 9 Downs gives up another goal to a long stick. That's 3 in the last two games. He's not seeing the ball great today. Gallagher had two great opportunities on the other end and couldn't finish. His shot has very little on it right now. I'd rather see Roussel on first-team midfield. One bad turnover by DeMaio and Virginia has had the ball for a couple of minutes so Nads calls his last timeout. Defense and goaltending not good when you allow 10 goals in a half. Not saying Downs has played poorly, but you have to come up with some of those close saves within 5 yards. Barsz has also gotten beaten badly a few times that led to goals and he's an AA candidate.
