It was a terrible loss for Towson, anytime you have a two-touchdown lead in the third quarter, blow it, drop a game-winning TD pass. Like when they came back down 21 to Towson in 2013, you mean like when they just beat a #5 team 2 weeks ago? When they knocked off Top 20 team Stony Brook and #10 Richmond last year? I wouldn't want to peg that one play on that kid, who is having a decent season. But sure, for the most part, there was nobody open when Flacco dropped back and they dropped eight. Thought they mismanaged the clock by spiking it on first down instead of taking the timeout, or after the spike then running it on 2nd down and then taking the timeout.
