mat1992 2,259 Report post Posted December 10, 2017 As a sports fan who used to live in the D.C. area, I bought the Washington Times when they were viable because I liked their sports writers. Didn't care about their editorial side. It's different with the Sun because there is no competition and well, they don't have a lot of Towson news. They've had rotating writers so that hasn't helped either. Some writers have asked me about certain things because nobody covers the team on a daily basis.
