mat1992 2,235 Report post Posted February 27 Up 6-5 right before the half at Loyola. Started out 2-0 and then it was 5-2. Towson has scored four straight. Face-offs are coming together and the defense has been really strong after a bad first quarter. Thought it was watching basketball with all the double teams and unnecessary slides. mat1992 2,235 Report post Posted February 27 Tough first half for Weisshaar. All low shots and he's scored just one as Stoudt has been on almost every low shot. Should be at least 8-5. mat1992 2,235 Report post Posted February 28 End of the quarter, 9-9 Towson finally got a call. There were two horrible calls that went against them in the third quarter. One where Luke Downs was interfered with in the crease as he was trying to clear the ball and Loyola scored about 10 seconds later. Then, Sam Morin called for an illegal body check and it wasn't high. But the Hounds were called for a slash on Villagomez when he was triple teamed late in the third quarter. He should have gotten ridden of the ball earlier but Towson gets a break. They'll be a man up to start the fourth quarter for about 58 seconds left. Passing hasn't been there in this game, but this ain't the Mount. Loyola is long defensively. 9-9 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
