Who’s the coach who’s been on the job longer than Skerry, but hasn’t been to the dance? 

so let me make sure I understand….of all the D1 coaches who’ve been at their school as long, if not longer, than Skerry, Skerry is the only one who has never been to a conference tournament championship game?

Correct, coaches that have been at the same d1 school (there are some longer tenured that haven’t made the tournament but have recently transitioned up to d1)
