mat1992 2,237 Report post Posted March 16 Tough loss. This team was good enough, but I don't know if they deserved it. You can't give up a layup with 3.4 seconds left up one. That's just terrible. Can't make 2 FT to make it a 3-point lead. Played hard most of the second half but not enough in the first-half. Bigs were inconsistent all year. Need several changes. mat1992 2,237 Report post Posted March 16 So basically a switch in the paint with Fulmore and Patty. That's how Hodges got matched up on the smallest Tigers with four fouls. She's a good defender so I can't stay take her out. Really need to focus on bigs next season that can switch against smaller players and just play consistently on both ends. But have some very bad late blow leads in the tournament since then. Lost to 7 seed back to back years. They are building something but need to break through. 20 win season, can’t ask more than that. Yes. Did they yak that game up late with questionable calls? Yes. Did they lose back to back years to 7 seeds? Yes. Did they make the tournament 5 years ago? Yes. Was that appearance under this current coach? No. I don’t know enough about this new coach but in two years she’s won a lot but has broken though. Hopefully she does soon. I knew and liked coach Richardson, as a person and a coach. The entire suspension surrounding Laura was weird. Just want accountability and transparency in our secretive athletic department. It’s a bad look. There was zero call for firings on those post so please keep making shit up and ignoring facts (you’re very good at that already) Just say your ultimate goal every year for a program is a winning season.
