Pretty sad state of affairs. 10-1 start against weak teams (like this years horrendous schedule), is nice. But who was knocking down the door to hire pat in mid December?! No one. Why not wait until the end of the year. Also 8 years is a lot of time, where things can go wrong for both sides .. 12 years and counting with zero trips to the finals.
