I don't think Matt C. (58%) and Downs (55.1% SV) were terrible this season, but to get to the next level, he might need to upgrade. Considering who is returning next season, I'd be pretty positive about next season. Roussel, Mikey W, Villagomez (we did miss him), Mauer (was great the last 5 games), Ryan Schrier, not sure about Chop. He's a senior but might have a year left. We won the CAA Tournament by 20 goals so considering where we were the previous four seasons, we've come a long way. My biggest concern next season is replacing Colby Barsz. He was a great player and the only pole with pure speed. I like Morin at the pole. Elijah Smith may be able to move to close defense. But for the second or third straight season, I'd like to see a transfer on close defense, maybe another shortie to replace Reece Potter and a speedy middie to replace Webber. The announcers made it seem like our defense carried the team, but it was really the offense. Mikey Weisshaar is capable of 50+ goals next season. Roussel could do nearly what DeMaio did next season as a starter (maybe 30g, 40a?). Blazer49 197 Report post Posted May 13 Wanted to watch the game but I got to it a little late. Game was tied 2-2 in the first, so I got a little superstitious and clicked away. Saw we were up 9-8 at half and thought I made a good choice. Next time I turned it on down 17-9 ouch! Of the Big 3 sports at Towson I rank lacrosse at #3, love the game but I just know more about basketball and football. That being said it is good to see Towson back in the NCAA Lacrosse tournament and of the Big 3 will always give us the best chance to be in NCAA Tournaments. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
