The master plan in 2015 had there being a track there instead of practice fields. I think down the road they were planning to get rid of the track at Unitas and put a fieldhouse type structure in the end zone. Also the new dorms in the Unitas parking lot are interesting. Limiting tailgating/parking even more

The Soccer Complex will become a multipurpose stadium with a new design Field Turf product.  The plan to move the track has been changed (for now) to allow for a quick build.   An indoor practice facility could be a bubble or a complete buildout. Butas Matt said =$. In addition, there will future upgrades made to Unitas.
