Time permitting..  I would head to Fisherman’s Wharf & Ghirardelli Square..

Epic views and you can knock a bunch of great tourist spots..

View of Alcatraz and you could hop on the Blue & Gold Fleet Bay Cruise 🚢 which lasts an hour and goes around the Rock & under the Golden Gate Bridge.  blueandgoldfleet.com

Alcatraz Tour is excellent but that is a half day+ of time. 
 

Scoma’s is great restaurant in the wharf. scomas.com

Can’t go wrong with any of the restaurants here   
 

Boudin Bread Museum is highly worth it! bistroboudin.com

Then can swing by the Buena Vista Cafe for an Irish ☘️ Coffee.. thebuenavista.com

Cable Car Turnaround is next to it    Can hop on and ride up town and 5 minutes in you’ll stop at Lombard Street for the crooked street view
