Agreed. Give them a little time to build their team. Seems the intended system is not in place bc of current personnel. They're doing the best they can with the guys they have.

Shinnick has only had “3” seasons finishing below 500 since 1999. Heck of a track record. Not the start we wanted but let it play out. He’s building his team culture here and that takes time. Kirk Ferentz started off bad with Maine and Iowa but look at his resume now.

In todays NCAA 1AA world, you build rosters on a semester by semester basis. The portal is going to destroy college football. I was there on Saturday. We gave up 350 yards on the ground! Telling, more about the scheme than the Jimmys and Joes.
