So we drop NH, Rhode Island & Richmond, in favor of Maine, Albany & JMU. 2 of those 3 might be winnable, so that doesn’t seem bad.

Don’t like opening with 3 straight on the road. Very distinct possibility we come home 1-2, but obviously time will tell.

Last game of season vs JMU, so, if we’re lucky/good enough to be in the playoff hunt, we better have it sewed up before what will almost certainly be an L to end the season.

First home game doesn't come till the end of September, which is bad for generating  student interest. You have a better chance of  getting kids out when the weather is warm and a winning season seems possible. If the team plays well, then the crowds build (as happened in 2011).

Better get a win against Morgan State or this could well be an 0-6 start.

After the 1-0 start in the "Battle of Bumblemore" this schedule gets tougher.

Wake Forest is not a joke, and the Citadel plays triple option which requires discipline, poise, and fundamentals, not our strong suit.

The Stony Brook game is going to be a big one, Hachmann vs The Ambrose Brothers.

JMU is a solid L.

Hard to see a path to a winning record here.
