Pain...

Absolutely gutted. I love this team and this was one of the most fun seasons I’ve had as a Towson fan, but what a horrible ending. All I really wanted to see was to make the final and have a chance to dance. This sucks.

Just not our night.  Chickens knocked down shots we normally knock down in crucial times and they got the key offensive rebounds that normally we gobble up.  We missed open looks, free throws, and bunnies.  When you're a team that thrives on the outside game, you're gonna lose 101 out of 100 times when they're not going down since the inside game won't be opened up.  Every time we got it down to one possession, we couldn't get that defensive stop to get the ball back to potentially tie it.  That's basketball.  Unfortunately, it didn't happen for us tonight.

Regroup, get healthy, and see what we draw in the NIT.  We can be a dangerous team in that tournament with the right draw against an unmotivated team.

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but Skerry's teams are generally real good in games that don't matter. Win a big one and then we can talk about this program going in the right direction. YOU GOTTA WIN A BIG ONE TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY! Otherwise you get a participation trophy

Despite the loss and yeah it hurts.  32 years and counting.  Charles Thompson played when most guys wouldn’t be able to go…. proud he’s a Towson player.
We came up short.  Let’s make a run in the NIT!

So a conference regular season title means nothing to you?

What does it get you....and in actuality they tied and won a tiebreaker......thre are only three games that matter .....the rest are exhibition games at this level

1 seed. Close to home. Against a 5. More rest.  Both team with big men who were limited.  Other teams best two players with 4 fouls most of the second half.

please give more excuses.  Great regular season but they choked terribly.  Regular season banner and Nit is great. Something we haven’t had. But there needs to be more. Needs to be a bigger want. Sorry old timers

I'd expect a post like this from the resident jackass of this board but....sigh...not even going to bother.
