Athletes need to blame the administration and football. JMU doesn't care about volleyball. They made this move for football and they knew they might be sacrificing championship dreams of the non-rev. athletes if they accepted the Sun Belt move instead of waiting until the end of the basketball season. But they can still compete and win championships, just not official ones. So win a reg. season title and make a banner. Give the athletes rings if they accomplish certain goals 1)Get 20 wins or the equivalent in other sports and win regular season titles. 2)Hang banners if they accomplish them. 3)Win enough games to get an at-large to the NCAA's. I get it. That doesn't help hoops. Sorry. They help make the rules to prevent this from happening and when it happens to them...

So on the Albany message board a poster described the game as follows..... "This game was a team with solid ball movement and passing vs. a team that tries to play NBA style one on one. We had a player make a move to the hoop and the rest of the team stand around the arc. No boxing out. No communication. At least 3 steals from a Towson player coming from behind. Cold shooting. Really nothing went well. " We've always been that one on one team under Skerry. This was a refreshing read....Sure hope we continue the unselfish style of play....That team last night looked special....

PFT while you are at it can you add a line about how much the Flosports deal sucks? In a pinch use it as a concession. We will drop the JMU issue if you end the Flosports deal and provide a platform to watch games people have heard about?

Not even close. The team is so much better than what they have us. Just like in 2011. We were predicted dead last and won the conference. I see the same thing this coming season
