Personally, not a fan of paying players (them receiving money for jerseys with their names on it, and appearing in commercials, etc. Yes), but so is the way of the world now. Just made my contribution to the GOH collective for Men's Hoops. Hope everyone else who can, also does and we can hit that $25K match.

Since we aren't playing Power 5/6 or whatever number it is anymore, a MW team wouldn't be bad. Utah State, Boise St, etc

This is kind of cool and I am glad to see that they are preparing some sort of ticket deal. They need to promote the $hit out of this and get the students involved. Hold a drawing for attending students and give them more chances to win by the number of games they attend that day. Whatever the prize is make it HUGE! Obviously they will have to clear out Towson Arena between volleyball and basketball. Partner with a local restaurant and offer between game specials. Depending on the estimated time between the end of volleyball and when the doors open for basketball you can do it at the location of the restaurant or setup something in the parking lot. Make the day an event.

Love the program that I was a part of for four years. Just don’t think (know) that he’s the right guy for the job anymore. And trust me if I had more money (as with most of you) we would be putting it together to buy him out. Will always support them, especially since if we are terrible (like football) we will be stuck with him regardless. Money goes to the student athletes anyway, not the coach. Still won’t stop me from going to every home game and a handful of road trips. Appreciate you bringing the negative to a positive topic for us to hopefully compete.

Why is everything post such a negative and sarcastic rant? You act like a Know it all, that spewsLots innuendos in every post. All this is to set the narrative of eliminating our Football program. Clownish!

Noon or 1PM, it doesn't matter, for the last game of the year against a no name program, with likely bad weather and no playoff implications. If they get more than 50 students, that should count as a win. Should do an all inclusive ticket for like 5 bucks, that gives you a seat anywhere you want for football and volleyball, and an upper level seat for hoops. For students should get a free meal or something at the basketball game, if they get a card stamped after halftime/second set for the first two events.

Triple header is kinda cool IF they actually have their SHH together and are prepared 12PM start time makes it tough for the non diehard hungover college kids to show up but hey maybe instead of leaving at half time students will be showing up at halftime for this one!

As mentioned before, we're playing South Carolina. Last time I checked, they were in the SEC. If I didn't mention it in the Eigenbrot interview or any of the Summer Practice reports, then I apologize.

If it's Northen Arizona then we could possibly hear Chris "Mad Dog" Russo talk about "Townsend" since his son Timmy is an assistant coach there and Russo always like to recap their games.

Maybe they add another game for the NorCal trip but not in state.. maybe with a Big Sky team like Northern Arizona or Weber State etc 🙏

Who or what has been the cause of the beef between us and Loyola? The Hounds released their schedule and they've got Lancaster Bible on there as their 2nd game of the season. I get that there wouldn't be a home-and-home series in season with them but doing a constant home-and-home with them would at least check one home game box for each side every other year. It's also kind of absurd that two schools that close in proximity don't play each other anymore.
